Heucherella ‘Catching Fire’ has Maple-leaf shaped glowing lime-yellow green leaves with a prominent cherry-red center that flares out. Heucherella ‘Catching Fire’ leaves are more yellow in cooler weather. This is a proven hardy perennial that comes back year after year. Because of its Villosa breeding it is slower to emerge in the spring in our Zone 5 gardens. Well worth the wait as it makes a great complement to other perennials in the shade garden.
